Getting to The Main Event

We’ve planned the day to make it as straightforward as possible for colleagues travelling into London, with doors opening at 1.15pm and the event beginning at 2.00pm.

The business will cover the cost of your travel to and from The Main Event.

Travel can be booked through the CTM portal via your My Apps dashboard. Alternatively, you can book your journey directly and claim the cost back through Concur in the usual way.

We’d encourage you to book as early as possible to secure the best fares and choose the most practical and cost-effective journey for you.

For most colleagues, we expect travel to and from London to be possible on the same day. We recognise that for some colleagues travelling from further afield this may not be practical, and overnight accommodation may be available in these circumstances. Please speak to your line manager before making any accommodation bookings.

Please note that we won’t be able to accommodate additional colleagues working from the London office before the event due to capacity, so please travel directly to the Gillian Lynne Theatre.
