Steffen is a highly-valued professional and a considerable contributor to AY Germany’s path to profitability. Steffen provides all the numerical background and context necessary for German management to make fact-based decisions and corresponding actions. He does so by not only presenting standard reporting and analysis, but by proactively questioning routines and the status quo. Steffen is a great team player and has a highly positive attitude. He’s quick with advice and explanations on all finance and accounting matters whenever needed. His initiative and dedication are of great value to our entire German operation.

Artur Czuba

Artur is a very talented and creative broker, who has been with our Polish operation from the start. He has proved to be the consummate professional, always there for his clients, facilitating inter-team communication and leading investment projects. During his tenure with AY, he’s demonstrated considerable initiative and skill development, twice earning promotions. He takes our focus on data and technology to heart, bringing forth new tech tools and ideas to the team to help everyone improve.

Marc Bachmann
Principal and Director Office Leasing | Germany
Marc is the most successful cross-selling employee in Germany. In 2021 alone he referred nine office space requests to other locations across the country. As a Principal, Marc always sees beyond his market and takes the broader view of Germany as a whole. He not only leads his clients in Hamburg, but also looks after them in other cities, working very closely and collaboratively with the other markets. His behaviour is a model for all colleagues in Germany.

Karolina Hytroś
Project Manager, Technical Advisory | Poland
Karolina joined AY in Poland four years ago. During this time, she has developed her skills in English, technical advisory (she has passed her exam to obtain unlimited building license), and management. Karolina has led by example in terms of professionalism and independence, helping the entire team work in a faster, more streamlined fashion. A true culture leader, she has also taken new employees under her wing and supported them in onboarding and ongoing development.
