I was working for a Chicago-based Ad Agency on the LaSalle Partners account and my client Gretchen Needham at LaSalle hired me away. Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why?

My dad. He taught me to be kind, confident and eager to influence anything and anyone I was involved in or with. What is the best advice you've ever received?
