What is your role at Avison Young?

Human Resources Manager, U.S. Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why?

Like so many; my parents are my greatest influence. To say that I am lucky to have had them as my lifelong teachers is an understatement. They pushed me to always do my best, work hard and be kind to others. They never handed me anything that they didn't believe I deserved. What is the best advice you've ever received?

No matter where you are in life, inspire and empower the women around you. Success is never reached alone and wisdom and wealth are sweeter shared. How has Avison Young supported you as a woman in business?

I have been so blessed to be surrounded by some rockstar women at Avison Young. Probably unbeknownst to these women, I have learned so much from them and looked to so many of them as mentors along the way. They have bestowed upon me invaluable advice, critical feedback, and the confidence to perform my role to the best of my ability. What would people be surprised to learn about you?
