Have you surveyed your staff during the pandemic to understand if your employees have a dedicated and effective workspace at home with a desk, task chair, large monitor, high speed internet, external mouse & keyboard, etc.?

4. There are many positive aspects employees have enjoyed while working remotely such as not having to commute, more time with family, work life balance, etc. Many employees will want to hold on to those positive aspects post pandemic.
