As the sole-source global partner for Epic Games since 2022, Avison Young has delivered projects across AMER, EMEA and APAC. These assignments range from new/renovated office and studio spaces to infrastructure replacements and real estate re-positioning.
We continue to be the project management arm for Epic Games as they evolve their global portfolio to meet the demands of their business.

DESCRIPTION
A confidential retail leader with extensive real estate holdings, engaged Avison Young to manage infrastructure upgrades, capital improvements, and interior fit-outs across many of their locations. Our services include Matterport building scans, branding, project management, decommissioning, and facility management. A recent project features the interior fit-out and branding of their eCommerce space in Virginia.
Integrated project delivery for DNV’s 60,000 sf office project
SERVICES PROVIDED
Studio Project Services, Project Management, Workplace Consulting and Change Management
DESCRIPTION
DNV, the world’s leading classification society and a recognized maritime industry advisor, has engaged Avison Young for a 60,000 square foot office fit-out in Katy, Texas. Services include workplace strategy, project & construction oversight, integrated design and delivery, and change management services.
We are also providing Project Management services for their Oakland, CA location.
A framework partner in AMER, EMEA, and India
Avison Young has been a preferred Project Management partner for Cisco since 2020 in AMER and EMEA. As Program Managers we have managed safety improvements and energy savings measures across multiple markets and as Project Managers, we have performed services for laboratory and office build-outs/relocations, Data Center migrations, infrastructure implements and new campus amenities.
In 2025, we look forward to expanding our work with Cisco to new markets and assignments across their portfolio including APAC region.
Global shipping company finds great value in Studio’s integrated design and delivery model
Avison Young has designed and constructed offices across multiple markets for ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. who have seen great value in Studio Project Services’ one point of contact, timeline and budget control, and wrap around services.
In 2025 we continue to work with ZIM on additional roll outs across national markets.
