How did you get into commercial real estate?

I got into Commercial Real Estate after completing a Master's degree in Real Estate Management at the University of Manchester.

What does inclusion mean to you?

Inclusion to me means that everyone is given the right to express themselves and right to be heard without judgement.

Give us an example of inclusion in action at the workplace.

An example was a room full of experienced industry personnel, who encouraged the opinion of a less experienced individual to have an effect on the outcome of the decision making process of a project, thereby allowing a well-rounded conclusion.
