Project Coordinator - Project Management.

How did you get into commercial real estate?

I majored in marketing, but always had an interest in construction. I expressed my passion and was given the opportunity to work in project management.

What does inclusion mean to you?

Inclusion means being accepted regardless of your background, and/or cultural and social beliefs. It means being treated equally and fairly. Taking the time to understand our differences can foster new found appreciations and stronger relationships. We are more alike than we think.

Tell us about the accomplishments you're most proud of across your career.

I am most proud of the continuous education I gain from my work everyday and the relationships with clients I am continuously building. These have allowed me to become a greater asset to my team and build self-confidence in my abilities.
