Philipp is a team player who thinks and acts far beyond his field of expertise. He leads not only himself, but encourages others to leave their comfort zone, enabling them to consider solutions (potentially) out of reach. He sees opportunities rather than challenges. After identifying such an opportunity, he creates a task force setting the scene for something new, a team made up of individuals motivated and willing to go the extra mile with him. Philipp motivates his team to go beyond the obvious and remove all the road blocks on the highway to "something big."

Agnieszka is very motivated to help grow the team and introduce best practices to the business. She was a critical piece in helping set up Poland’s new service line in 2021, serving as one of the first two members of the new team. Her professionalism and contributions to the team growth led to the achievement of their targets and profitability in the first calendar year. She set a high standard for the quality of our reports and is devoted to every valuation she’s preparing.
